Hi, I’m Amélie
I spent many years trying to meet expectations, often at the cost of my own truth. Pleasing others came easily, listening to myself was a practice I had to learn anew.
Through my own journey of unlearning, releasing inherited roles, and redefining my beliefs on my own terms, I found my way back to inner alignment.
Today, this lived experience allows me to hold a grounded, compassionate space for you as you let go of old patterns, reclaim your inner authority, and step into what truly feels aligned for you.
